The Administrative Assistant provides high-level administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office or department. This role supports leaders and team members through a variety of tasks related to organization communication scheduling and project coordination. The ideal candidate is proactive detail-oriented and able to manage multiple priorities while maintaining professionalism and confidentiality.


Key Responsibilities

Administrative Support
Manage calendars schedule meetings and coordinate logistics
Prepare agendas presentations and meeting materials
Draft proofread and edit correspondence reports and documents
Track deadlines and follow up on action items

Communication & Coordination
Serve as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders
Manage incoming emails and inquiries professionally and efficiently
Coordinate meetings events and travel arrangements
Support cross-functional communication and collaboration

Project & Task Management
Assist with planning and execution of projects and initiatives
Monitor project timelines and provide status updates
Maintain tracking tools for priorities and deliverables
Support process improvements and administrative efficiencies

Office Operations
Order office supplies and manage vendor relationships
Assist with expense reports invoices and budget tracking
Support onboarding logistics for new employees
Help maintain a productive and organized work environment

What extra ingredients you will bring:

Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant Office Assistant or similar role
Strong organizational and time management skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
High attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook Word Excel PowerPoint) or Google Workspace
Ability to prioritize tasks and adapt to changing needs

Preferred Qualifications
Experience supporting senior leadership
Experience with calendar management across multiple stakeholders
Familiarity with project management tools (Teams Concur Office etc.)
Associate or Bachelors degree preferred

Salary and Benefits:

The base salary range for this position is $51100 to $70290; the exact salary depends on several factors such as experience skills education and addition to base salary this position is eligible for participation in a highly competitive bonus program with possibility for overachievement based on performance and company results.
