Overview

We are seeking an experienced IT SOX / ITGC Analyst to support SOX 404 compliance and Internal Controls over Financial Reporting (ICFR). The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in IT General Controls (ITGC) control design and effectiveness testing within enterprise environments.

Key Responsibilities

• PerformSOX 404 controls assessment and testingfor IT General Controls (ITGC).
• Evaluate thedesign and operating effectivenessof controls over financial reporting (ICFR).
• Conduct testing across ITGC domains includingAccess Management Change Management and IT Operations.
• Performcontrol walkthroughs document process flows and assist in preparing control documentation.
• Identify control gaps and deficiencies; provideremediation recommendationsand track closure.
• Collaborate withIT Finance and Internal Audit teamsto ensure compliance and alignment.
• Support audit activities and ensuretimely completion of control testing and documentation.
• Prepare audit documentation and maintain compliance with internal and regulatory standards.

Required Qualifications

• Experience with and knowledge ofSOX 404 controls assessment testing.
• Knowledge ofIT control design and effectiveness related to Internal Controls over Financial Reporting (ICFR).
• Bachelors degree inAccounting Information Systems Business or related field.

Preferred Qualifications

• Public Accounting Consultancy or Internal Audit experience preferred.
• Minimum3-5 years of work experience with either a Big Four accounting firm large/complex internal audit department and/or management consulting firm.
• CISA CISM CPA CIA or similar license preferred (or in progress).
