Senior IT Manager

More about the role

• Lead and develop the local IT team across Warrington and Llandudno
• Manage day-to-day IT operations for sites across the UK and Ireland
• Build strong relationships with business stakeholders and align IT with business needs
• Ensure reliable stable IT services across sites and retail locations
• Deliver local and global IT projects effectively
• Collaborate with regional and global IT teams to ensure alignment and standards
• Manage the local IT budget and ensure adherence to IT policies and procedures

More about you

• Proven leadership and team development experience
• Strong stakeholder engagement expectation management and conflict resolution skills
• Hands-on approach with solid technical knowledge in end-user computing service management and application management
• Strong business acumen with the ability to balance global IT standards and local priorities
• Continuous improvement mindset with cost-conscious decision-making
• 5 years of relevant IT experience with strong organisational and planning skills

Desirable:

• Bachelors or Masters degree in IT or related field
• Certifications in Microsoft IT environments
• Experience with project and IT service management frameworks (e.g. ITIL PRINCE2)
