Job Summary
We are looking for a qualified Company Secretary (CS) to lead corporate governance regulatory compliance and secretarial functions. The role requires strong expertise in handling regulations governed by SEBI and Reserve Bank of India (RBI) along with exceptional drafting and documentation skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end secretarial and compliance functions
- Draft and maintain Board Minutes Resolutions and Committee Minutes with high accuracy
- Ensure compliance with SEBI RBI Companies Act and other regulatory requirements
- Handle board meetings AGMs EGMs and related documentation
- Liaise with regulators auditors and legal advisors
- Monitor regulatory changes and ensure timely implementation
- Maintain statutory registers and filings (ROC SEBI RBI etc.)
- Support senior management in governance and compliance strategy
- Assist in legal documentation agreements and policy frameworks
Requirements
Qualification:
- Qualified Company Secretary (CS) - Mandatory
- LLB (Law degree) - Preferred / Added advantage
Experience:
- 5-10 years of relevant experience in secretarial & compliance roles
- Experience in financial services / NBFC / wealth management / AIF / regulated entities preferred
Key Skills
- Strong expertise in corporate laws and regulatory compliance
- Excellent drafting skills (minutes resolutions legal documents)
- In-depth understanding of SEBI & RBI frameworks
- Attention to detail and governance mindset
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and deadlines
