Job Description

Key Responsibilities May Include:

• Design engineer and implement robust security solutions to protect cloud infrastructure containerized applications and data ensuring alignment with best practices.
• Collaborate with software engineering teams to configure and maintain secure scalable and resilient CI/CD pipelines incorporating security controls throughout the development lifecycle.
• Build and maintain customized integrations and dashboards for proactive threat monitoring intrusion detection and vulnerability scanning ensuring timely responses to security incidents.
• Perform regular security audits threat modelling vulnerability scanning and penetration testing automating these processes wherever possible to detect and respond to potential breaches.
• Advise on risk mitigation strategies providing recommendations to enhance security posture and addressing identified vulnerabilities across cloud environments.
• Collaborate with system administrators network engineers and developers to implement security best practices including access controls encryption logging and monitoring across cloud platforms.
• Configure and document security policies access management protocols and vulnerability management processes to ensure compliance and governance standards are met.
• Develop and implement incident response plans ensuring quick and effective action in the event of a security breach or vulnerability exploit.
