Job Context: Grasim (Staple Fibre Division) is the largest Producer of VSF in the Country. The Unit is revenue payer of the Commercial Tax Department in M.P. In current dynamic scenario Indirect Taxation and Exim section plays an important & vital role in building and maintaining the image of business by way of adhering to all statutory compliance as well as maintaining healthy relationships commendable rapport with Govt. Authorities. The critical job functions of this position are enumerated below:
The major challenges in Taxation section are :
Carefully check each forms & enclosures before submitting to Assessing officer to avoid rejection at the time of its submission to Dy. Comm. Office during assessment & avoid creation of additional Tax liability of SFD ED & Excel Fibre Division and follow up with MBDD & other sales department for the same.

Major role consists of doing analysis and finalising MIS for EFD 40 MW and Business Cell. Collecting data for planning and budgeting from all departments and analysis of data entered by the team in Hyperion system. Over allAccountable for MIS and meeting monthly closing deadlines as under:

Preparation for Monthly LE
Budgeting details along with Budget tallies KVD COPs & Uploading the same in Hyperion
Ensure to check the report and data in various SAP & Hyperion
Finalization of monthly/quarterly/ yearly provision sheets
Preparation of CFO Certificate
Coordinating with internal department to furnish all related information to statutory auditors.
Completing the closing activity in all respect and submit the final reports to Business Cell & CFD as per timeline.
Finalization of Cost Audit
Submission of Anti-dumping details & other details as per adhoc requirement.
Presentation for COO/CFO/MD as and when required or unit visit.
Any other work assigned by senior as per Department / Function need.
