Job Summary
Job Summary
We are looking for an Accounts Executive with hands-on experience in the logistics industry and export accounting. The role will support day-to-day accounting operations related to logistics freight and export transactions while ensuring compliance and accuracy.
Key Responsibilities
Maintain day-to-day accounting entries related to logistics and export operations.
Process export billing freight invoices debit/credit notes.
Accounting of CHA bills freight charges shipping line invoices demurrage & detention.
Assist in GST compliance for logistics and export-related transactions.
Handle bank entries reconciliations and foreign currency transactions.
Support preparation of BRC/FIRC and export realization tracking.
Track accounts receivable & payable for export customers and logistics vendors.
Coordinate with operations CHA freight forwarders and internal teams.
Assist in preparing MIS reports and monthly closures.
Support audit requirements (GST statutory internal).
Requirements
Required Skills & Knowledge
Basic to intermediate knowledge of export accounting and logistics billing.
Understanding of Incoterms freight cost structures and export documentation.
Knowledge of GST in logistics & export transactions.
Working knowledge of Tally / ERP and MS Excel.
Good coordination and attention to detail.
