Requirements
Assist in managing daily accounting functions including journal entries account reconciliations and financial reporting
Support in preparing and maintaining financial statements and balance sheets
Process and verify financial transactions and ensure accuracy
Assist with month-end and year-end closing processes
Handle accounts payable and receivable transactions
Ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies
Assist in preparing tax filings and other regulatory reports
Collaborate with team members to resolve financial discrepancies and provide reporting support
Setting up accounting and chart of accounts
Posting of sales purchase and journal transaction in the TALLY ZOHO etc.
Qualifications & Skills:
- 1 year of experience in accounting or finance
- CMA ACCA CPA or equivalent qualification is required
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices
- Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple tasks
- Excellent organisational and communication skills
- Experience in TALLY and ZoHo books
- Knowledge and Experience in VAT filing and registration added advantage
- Posting of expense Admin expense and petty cash in the TALLY ZOHO
- Preparation of Financials statements P & L Balance sheet for various clients
- Preparation of reconciliation reports
