About the Role
We are hiring Recruiters who will be responsible for hiring Field Sales Executives/ (on-ground recruiters) for a large-scale Jio project.
You will help build a strong field team in your city who will further onboard freelance sales associates.
Your Key Responsibility
Hire Field Executives in your city
Each recruiter will onboard 10 field executives(As per the target assigned)
Continuously hire to replace dropouts and maintain team strength
Ensure quality hiring (candidates should be active and target-driven)
What You Will Do
Source candidates through job portals WhatsApp groups social media and local networks
Screen and shortlist candidates
Conduct basic interviews (call/face-to-face)
Coordinate onboarding and joining
Track daily hiring numbers and report progress
Occasionally visit field to understand hiring quality
Requirements
Requirements (Must Have)
Experience in bulk hiring / field hiring
Good communication skills (Hindi local language)
Comfortable with target-based hiring
Basic knowledge of job portals and social media hiring
Ability to work fast and handle high volumes
Preferred Experience
Hiring for field roles (sales executives delivery staff promoters etc.)
Experience in startup / high-growth environment
