Job Summary
EXPECTED END RESULTS
MAJOR ACTIVITIES
Setting of packing specification with supplier for each local parts & Consumables through packing application sheet- Ensured PAS availability of all new model parts before SOS (95% ) and ensuring timely closure of PAS for critical parts .
- Packaging Material Handling procurement of 250 packing material commodity for AS parts
- Managing packaging cost within allotted budget thru kaizen and cost reduction initiatives
- Cycle count Bin Face audit Inventory.
- Monthly cycle count reconciliation
- Coordination with Finance for Quarterly and annual inventory audit with external Auditors
- Root Cause Analysis & Countermeasure implementation for packaging Quality issues
- Cost reduction activity planning
- Trails & Implementation
- Reporting
- CAPEX planning based on Long term sales Forecast
- Budget planning & approval
- CAPEX implementation
- Budget planning & approvals
- Vendor management & Procurement
- Maintaining cost reduction
