IPG is partnering with a well-established supplier of pneumatic tools and industrial equipment seeking a full-time Inside Sales Representative in Sarasota. This role focuses on managing inbound inquiries supporting existing accounts and identifying new sales opportunities within a fast-paced team-oriented environment.

Requirements
2 years of inside sales or customer service experience (industrial tooling or related field preferred)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Experience using CRM systems and Microsoft Office / Office 365
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Self-motivated and results-oriented
Technical or mechanical aptitude is a plus
Responsibilities
Monday Friday 8 to 5
Handle inbound customer inquiries via phone and email regarding products and services
Build relationships with existing customers and identify upsell opportunities
Proactively reach out to potential customers to generate new business
Prepare and follow up on quotes and orders
Provide product recommendations and customer support
Maintain accurate CRM records including calls emails quotes and order status
Coordinate with purchasing logistics and operations to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction
Stay up to date on industry trends product developments and competitive landscape
