Job Summary
Role Overview: This is an intensive fast-track program designed to groom future managers. Trainees will rotate through various departments (e.g. Sales Operations HR) to gain a holistic understanding of the business and develop high-level decision-making skills.
Key Responsibilities:
Participating in cross-departmental rotations to understand core business functions.
Completing specialized training modules in project management and team leadership.
Shadowing senior executives and assisting in strategic planning sessions.
Leading small-scale projects to demonstrate problem-solving and delegation skills.
Qualifications :
Strong analytical mindset and a proactive approach to learning.
Evidence of leadership experience (e.g. in university clubs sports or previous internships).
Ability to adapt quickly to different team environments and management styles.
