Improve visibility to Technology Third Party Risks trends/metrics and oversight of our Technology Third Party relationships. The successful candidate will possess exceptional written and oral communication skills while balancing details of risk requirements to ensure appropriate classification and risk mitigation for the Technology supplier portfolio.
Responsibilities:
- Assisting and guiding business partners through various stages of third party lifecycle to ensure timely and quality program execution.
- Leading and coordinating TPRM program initiative in partnership with local APAC support
- Supporting ongoing monitoring outreach for required scorecards and business reviews; ensure SLAs are met and quantity exceptions.
- Leading structured quality reviews of ongoing monitoring artifacts to ensure key risks are quantified and socialized.
- Escalating vendor risks contractual failures and performance trends.
- Support Third Party Risk Management program expectations by partnering with engagement and relationship managers across the Technology team.
- Support planning and due diligence activities including risk assessments due diligence escalations issue resolution and temporary risks exceptions; ensure SLAs are met.
- Support the alignment of contracts to engagements ensuring the statuses are updated for all Technology related engagements.
- Support data integrity efforts across the TPRM program; develop and distribute weekly/monthly exception reporting to enable improved SLAs.
- Identify opportunities for enhancing vendor relationships or improving efficiencies across Technology.
- Support engagement manager with the completion of offboarding checklists; Ensure SLAs are met.
Knowledge/Skills:
- Attention to detail
- Proven record managing Third Parties
- Strong networking ability to develop internal and external networks based on integrity and credibility through active listening and understanding
- Experience with tools such as Coupa ServiceNow Microsoft Office Products
- Strong organizational skills
- Ability to influence activities across multiple teams and across business units
- Outstanding writing communication and presentation skills
- Sound analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong interpersonal written and verbal communication skills
- Strong grasp of interpreting and manipulating data using Microsoft products
- Independently drive project deliverables and outcomes
- Eagerness to learn and engage with NT partners
Experience:
- Prior experience with Third Party Risk Management concepts and risk management fundamentals
- Prior experience with Technology vendors preferred but not required
- Prior experience working for a regulated financial institution
- Industry TPRM related certification preferred but not required
