ServiceNow System Administrator
Job Summary
- Manage CMDB health;
- Review the existing configuration: attributes flow CIs Groups Teams etc;
- Prepare the CMDB to be able to implement effectively ITSM in ServiceNow;
- Improve business processes and manage continuous improvements projects;
- Propose automation whenever possible;
- Manage Technical documentation;
- Coordinate upgrades and changes to ServiceNow instance;
- Manage permissions and accesses (roles users and groups);
- Maintain instance performance by regular checkups;
- Troubleshoot day-to-day operations and system issues
- Deploy update sets from non-prod environments;
- Set-up automatic notifications and alerts;
- Set-up and schedule reports;
- Develop and manage standard load template to import data;
- Provide process training to business owners.
Qualifications :
- Bachelors degree in computer science or equivalent;
- Experience of minimum 5 years on a similar role;
- Proven experience with ServiceNow (configuration administration development management and deployment);
- Strong knowledge on CMDB modules - CMDB configuration administration and usage;
- Experience in ServiceNow ITSM and workflows;
- Experience with Javascript HTML XML and Web services REST API SOAP;
- Knowledge in Infrastructure and ITOM;
- ServiceNow CSA Certification and ServiceNow CMDB Fundamentals;
- Knowledge of ITIL best practices;
- Good level of English.
