This is an entry level to junior commercial role ideal for someone who wants to build a career in account management within an international financial services group.

You will support and manage a portfolio of clients using Atradius Collections services working closely with senior Account Managers Sales and Operations teams. You will learn how to manage client relationships understand commercial drivers and deliver a high standard of service.


In this position your key responsibilities will be:

• Act as a first point of contact for clients brokers and internal teams for day to day queries.
• Provide regular case updates and support reporting.
• Support the management of client portfolios to ensure a high level of service.
• Build strong working relationships across Collections Sales and Credit Insurance teams.
• Identify potential opportunities and escalate them to senior colleagues.
• Support basic digital marketing activities linked to client engagement and business development.
• Assist with preparation of client communications presentations and simple marketing content.
• Attend client meetings and events with senior team members as part of development and exposure.
• Ad hoc tasks supporting the team including direct chasing of debtors via telephone and e-mail

What we are looking for

• Experience in customer service account support or collections is an advantage but not essential.
  Strong interest in working with clients and building relationships.
  Clear and confident communicator comfortable on phone and email.
• Well organised with good attention to detail.
• Willingness to learn and take feedback.
  Comfortable working with multiple systems and priorities.
