Transaction Manager- 12 month FTC
Job Summary
You will manage a portfolio of structured finance and aviation SPVs playing a key role in transaction execution client relationship management and governance oversight. This is a dynamic client-facing role where you will work closely with internal teams and external stakeholders to deliver high-quality transaction management services.
Please note this is a 12 month FTC
What you will do
- You will act as transaction manager for a portfolio of SPVs across structured finance and aviation transactions ensuring smooth execution and delivery
- You will manage end-to-end transaction closing processes reviewing documentation and coordinating with legal advisors and stakeholders
- You will build and maintain strong relationships with clients and external parties including auditors lawyers and investment managers
- You will ensure all governance regulatory and corporate secretarial obligations are met accurately and on time
- You will drive continuous improvement by identifying efficiencies managing risks and supporting enhancements to processes and controls

Qualifications :
- You hold a degree in Law Business or a related field with a professional qualification (e.g. ICSA or legal qualification) preferred
- You have experience in corporate services structured finance or a similar client-facing environment
- You have strong organisational prioritisation and stakeholder management skills with the ability to work under pressure
- You demonstrate strong commercial awareness attention to detail and a structured analytical mindset
- You have experience or exposure to structured finance and aviation transactions with proficiency in MS Office and related systems being an advantage
