We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Associate Director Software Engineering Specialist

In this role you will

• Responsible for ensuring the reliability performance and scalability of our systems
• Automate processes and troubleshoot issues in production environments.
• Ensure the reliability availability and performance of the infrastructure platform.
• Collaborate in diagnosing and resolving Kafka infrastructure issues
• Support the deployment configuration and maintenance of Kafka platform.
• Troubleshoot incidents perform root cause analysis and implement reliability improvements.

To be successful you will

• Over all 10 years of experience and Preferably 7-10 years of experience working on Kafka.
• Familiarity with Kafka concepts and operations
• Understanding of containerization and orchestration
• Experience in Kubernetes is preferred
• Strong analytical skills and a proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues.
• Familiarity with infrastructure as code.Proficiency in observability and logging tools.
• Experience with Unix administration skills.
• Ability to work effectively within a team. Weekend support required
