Job Summary
Design develop and maintain end-to-end Power BI dashboards and reports to support business decision-making
Must have experience working on ITSM tools like SNOW Remedy etc.
Respond to ad hoc inquiries from internal and external stakeholders and help with extracting data to create reports in PPT Excel and other related templates.
Complete all internal and client-driven reporting/analytic requests
Interpret data analyze results using statistical techniques and provide ongoing reports
Suggest and make changes in existing processes and metrics measures to increase efficiency & effectiveness. Automate & simplify processes for reporting measuring and tracking metrics.
Engage with stakeholders to increase data-driven decision-making.
Gather and understand business requirements and translate them into effective reporting solutions
Create informative & actionable reports which highlight relevant business process inefficiencies and opportunities for improvement.
