Global Delivery Services refers to EYs worldwide network of service delivery centers. The GDS team plays an important role in EYs strategy by ensuring effective support to EYs growth agenda.
Our journey started in 2002 with approximately 200 people. Today we stand at 80000 professionals in ten locations around the world. We operate in Argentina China Hungary India Philippines Poland Sri Lanka Mexico Spain and the United Kingdom.
Client service is focused on providing Consulting Assurance Tax Strategy & Transactions and Knowledge support to our clients around the world. The teams enable account teams worldwide to provide seamless high-quality value-added support helping deliver exceptional client service.
Enablement Services provides cost-effective high-skilled and innovative services to support EYs global and local enablement teams. Markets BMC AWS Finance and Accounting Risk Management Procurement People Shared Services IT Service Delivery and IT Global Infrastructure services are among the services offered by Enablement Services.
Our innovation specialists serve the GDS Client Service and Enablement Services teams along with Service Lines Core Business Services and Sectors. The team brings the desired environment technologies and skilled teams together for facilitation rapid prototyping and innovative thinking. The competencies offered include analytics digital user experience mobile technology infrastructure Microsoft technologies and open innovation.
The Opportunity
We are looking for a practitioner at a Senior Consultant level with a strong background in all concepts of Organizational Change Management and a deep understanding of various communication tools to join our People Consulting (PC) team.

Your Key Responsibilities
- Ensure high quality deliverables are produced for the project by exhaustive internal reviews and obtain excellent feedback from the client and global project counterparts
- Be recognised as a subject matter expert in one or more areas in the HR functional domain.
- Drive effective client communication cadence and build relations with client and project team counterparts across global locations
- Support development of thought leadership collateral tools techniques methodologies to enhance change management and broader capability offering within the practice
- Support leadership in developing the practice through collaboration with EY global offices and demand generation for change management projects
- Build capability in change management pillar in collaboration with various parts of the GDS organisation and other EY member firms
- Responsible for decision-making optimizing processes resource management and overseeing team management as needed for task execution
- Accountable for allocating personnel supervising team members assigning tasks ensuring that the team has the necessary tools and support to succeed in their roles and optimizing and evaluating their performance to meet organizational goals
Skills and attributes for success
- Minimum of 6-9 years of experience in Change Management domain with a degree in Human Resources a full-time MBA or equivalent
- Demonstrated expertise in executing Change Management efforts on global client projects
- Experience supporting a range of HR Transformation Digital Strategy and ERP Transformation projects from strategic design to implementation as part of a globally distributed team
- Experience in being part of a large global transformation effort in a change management role to drive business readiness and adoption
- Strong working knowledge in the implementation of some of the following Organizational Change Management elements: change strategy and visioning stakeholder analysis communication strategy change impact assessment stakeholder management and engagement training design and delivery change network implementation and organization alignment
- Experience managing and providing direction to project team members
- Experience in learning design and content development using techniques of instructional design and application of it to enable a change program
- Established background in designing and deploying behavioural interventions to drive accelerated adoption and foster cultural change
Ideally youll also
- APMG PROSCI or equivalent certification
- Experience in designing stakeholder workshops curating content and co-facilitating sessions
- Proven expertise in communications strategy including planning and execution
- Awareness of new age/digital solutions to enable change such as automation gamification advanced analytics/visualization day-in-life-of workshops
- Experience in working with data using analytics/statistical tools such as SPSS Power BI R Spotfire
- Knowledge of one or more HCM cloud Oracle SAP and other out-of-box HR technologies
- In-depth knowledge of Project Management principles and practices
