Responsibilities:

Support implementation of a specialized recovery software

Establish operating cost recovery rates for Tenants based on reviews and interpretation of tenant leases (all asset classes)

Reconcile lease shortfall ensuring property slippage is understood and can be explained.

Assist Asset Management and Leasing to establish additional rates for non standard leases.

Assist with the set up of new properties and development transfers for Tenant Recoveries

Work closely with Property Accountants and Lease Administrators to ensure constant communication and mutual support. Establish and preserve proper maintenance of files and documents.

Partner with Asset Management Property Operations Leasing and other departments as required.

Assistance with ad-hoc projects as required.

Job Qualifications: Graduate / Post Graduate in Accounting

Minimum 2 - 5 years of domain knowledge and experience

 Excellent written and verbal communication skills combined with an approachable manner Strong analytical skills with excellent attention to detail.

Excellent organizational skills.

A self-starter with the ability to work independently.

Strong computer skills specifically with Excel.

Strong sense of responsibility and ownership of the role.
