Job Summary

Technical Manager (HAVC/ Chiller/ Elevator)

Location: Hanoi
Salary: Upto 40m bonus

Key Responsibilities:

1. Technical Coordination

Act as the technical bridge between headquarters and local team
Ensure accurate communication of HVAC/ Chiller/ Elevator standards product specifications and solutions
Maintain alignment with global technical standards

2. Pre-sales & Project Technical Support

Provide technical consultation to clients and partners
Prepare and deliver professional technical presentations
Design and optimize HVAC/ Chiller/ Elevator solutions based on project requirements
Support sales team to win projects

3. Technical Training & Team Development

Develop and deliver HVAC/ Chiller/ Elevator technical training programs
Prepare training materials and evaluate effectiveness
Build and enhance technical capabilities of the team

Requirements:

Bachelors degree in HVAC Mechanical Engineering or related fields
Minimum 3 years of experience in HVAC/ Chiller/ Elevator industry
Strong knowledge of HVAC/ Chiller/ Elevator systems design and project implementation
Ability to independently solve complex technical issues
Proficiency in English or Chinese
Strong sense of responsibility learning mindset and proactive attitude
