Customer Service Specialist (Dutch-speaking)
Location: Porto Portugal (Hybrid)
Start Date: 23 April 2026
Schedule: 24/7 rotational shifts (Monday to Sunday)
Days Off: 2 rotational days
Contract: Full-time

What Youll Do
- Provide support to Dutch-speaking customers via phone email or chat
- Handle inquiries efficiently and professionally
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
- Maintain accurate records in internal systems
What Were Looking For
- C1 Dutch C1 English
- Strong communication skills
- Customer-oriented mindset
- Comfortable working in rotational shifts (24/7)
- Previous customer service experience is a plus
