Contact Centre Agent (German-speaking)

Location: Malta (On-site)
Start Date: 20 April 2026
Schedule: Monday to Friday 09:00 18:30 (8-hour shifts)
Contract: Full-time

What Youll Do

Handle inbound and outbound customer interactions
Provide support via phone email or chat
Resolve customer inquiries efficiently and professionally
Maintain accurate records in internal systems
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction

What Were Looking For

C2 German C1 English
Strong communication skills
Customer-focused mindset
Previous customer service experience is a plus
Ability to work in a structured target-driven environment

Whats in It for You

Salary Progression (Hourly):

Month 1: 5.60/hour
Month 2: 8.10/hour
After probation: 8.50/hour
After 12 months: 8.75/hour (performance-based)
After 18 months: 9.20/hour (performance-based)

Additional Benefits:

Performance Bonus: up to 2000/year (after 6 months)
Language Allowance: 250/month (after training)
Relocation Allowance: 2000 (paid after 1 month)
