Schedule: Monday to Friday 09:00 18:30 (8-hour shifts)

What Youll Do
- Handle inbound and outbound customer interactions
- Provide support via phone email or chat
- Resolve customer inquiries efficiently and professionally
- Maintain accurate records in internal systems
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
What Were Looking For
- C2 German C1 English
- Strong communication skills
- Customer-focused mindset
- Previous customer service experience is a plus
- Ability to work in a structured target-driven environment
Whats in It for You
Salary Progression (Hourly):
- Month 1: 5.60/hour
- Month 2: 8.10/hour
- After probation: 8.50/hour
- After 12 months: 8.75/hour (performance-based)
- After 18 months: 9.20/hour (performance-based)
Additional Benefits:
- Performance Bonus: up to 2000/year (after 6 months)
- Language Allowance: 250/month (after training)
- Relocation Allowance: 2000 (paid after 1 month)
