Job Description
As an Airline Contact Centre Agent you will assist customers with reservations inquiries and general support via phone email chat and social media. You will receive full training and work in a fast-paced international environment with opportunities for long-term career development.
Key Responsibilities
Handle customer inquiries related to airline reservations and services
Provide support via phone email chat and social media
Resolve customer issues efficiently and professionally
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions
Deliver high-quality customer service at all times
Requirements
Fluency in German (C1) and English (C1)
Previous customer service experience preferred
Strong communication skills (written and spoken)
Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word Excel)
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Team player with strong interpersonal skills
Typing speed of at least 25 WPM
Working Schedule & Contract
Full-time: 40 hours per week
Working hours: MondayFriday 09:0018:30 (8-hour shifts)
Contract type: Indefinite
Salary & Compensation
Training period (1st month): 5.60/hour rising to to 9.20 in coming months
