About the Role

Your Responsibilities
Manage inbound customer interactions in German via phone email chat and social media
Support passengers with flight bookings cancellations and rescheduling
Handle inquiries related to baggage refunds and travel documentation
Assist with check-in and boarding issues to ensure hassle-free travel
Provide guidance on travel policies visa requirements and airline regulations
Resolve customer concerns efficiently while maintaining high service standards
Escalate complex cases when necessary following internal procedures
Keep accurate records of all customer interactions
Stay informed on airline updates promotions and industry trends
Participate in ongoing training and development programs
What Were Looking For
German proficiency at C2 level
English proficiency at C1 level
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail
Valid EU documentation required
