Job Summary

We are seeking a smart and confident Recovery Manager to join the Accounts Department of a reputed agrochemical manufacturing company in Raipur. The role requires excellent communication skills to interact with debtors and ensure timely recovery of outstanding payments against supplies. The ideal candidate will combine accounting knowledge with negotiation skills to strengthen cash flow and maintain healthy client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

• Contact and follow up with debtors to recover outstanding payments against supplies
• Maintain records of receivables recovery schedules and debtor communications in Tally ERP
• Coordinate with the Accounts team to reconcile customer accounts and update ledgers
• Prepare recovery reports and share updates with senior management
• Negotiate repayment terms and ensure timely collection of dues
• Escalate unresolved cases to management for further action
• Support compliance with company policies and statutory requirements in receivables management
• Build and maintain professional relationships with clients to ensure smooth recovery processes

Requirements

• / / CA (Inter) qualification preferred
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in recovery accounts receivable or credit control
• Proficiency in Tally ERP and MSOffice (Excel Word)
• Strong communication negotiation and interpersonal skills
• Ability to handle debtor interactions with confidence and professionalism
• Female candidates will be given preference for this role
• Experience in manufacturing or trading environments will be an added advantage
