About the role:
We are seeking a committed Technical Trainer Officer to support the effective implementation and coordination of vocational skill development and technical training projects in Jamnagar. This role involves technical coordination with project teams Centres of Excellence (CoEs) and various stakeholders to ensure efficient execution alignment with organizational goals and high-quality project outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:

Project Coordination: Plan and support the implementation of technical components for assigned skill development projects within established timelines.

Stakeholder Alignment: Work closely with project teams CoEs trainers and technical partners to ensure smooth execution of all activities.

Monitoring & Problem Solving: Track technical deliverables identify implementation challenges and proactively propose solutions to maintain project quality.

Strategy & Planning: Support the creation of technical plans project roadmaps and implementation strategies for skill development initiatives.

Communication: Facilitate technical meetings and reviews between stakeholders to ensure clarity and resolve issues promptly.

Documentation: Maintain accurate project records technical reports and performance dashboards for management review.

Quality Assurance: Support monitoring and evaluation efforts to ensure technical training components meet industry standards.
Qualifications & Skills Required:

Education: Bachelors Degree in Mechanical Electronics or Electrical Engineering or a related technical discipline.

Experience: * Minimum 3 years of experience in program coordination project implementation or technical support.
- Experience in skill development projects or a CSR background is highly preferred.
