You will be working within the Natural Ingredients Organization (NIO) which focuses on the production and transformation of natural ingredients. By combining innovation wellbeing and scientific expertise these sites play a central role in Givaudans global strategy.

Overall Objectives

The Production Transfer coordinator contributes to the organizational strategy by leading Production Transfer within different sites around the world from end to end working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure efficiency and quality of execution.

The role is accountable for delivering project objectives on time and within scope while effectivelymanaging project teams risks issues and changes.

Key responsibilities include close coordination with internal partners such as Commercial Quality Regulatory Science & Technology (S&T) Controlling and Operations teams. The Production Transfer Coordinator also ensures effective stakeholder communication management throughout the process.

Key Responsibilities

• Support lead and manage Production Transfer within defined timelines and budgets.
• Coordinate with cross-functional stakeholders across Commercial Quality Regulatory S&T Controlling and Operations departments.
• Monitor project performance manage potential risks and implement corrective actions when necessary.
• Communicate regularly with the Sponsor and Governance Committeeensuring transparency and alignment on project milestones.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives and contribute to the enhancement of transfer processes.

Profile:

• Spoken and writtenEnglish.
• Currently pursuing aMasters degree (Bac 5) ideally with a focus onSupply Chain Management Industrial Engineering Business or related fields.
• Motivated curious and eager to learn in a dynamic environment.
• Comfortable working in a multicultural context and interacting with various stakeholders.
