The Position is for maternity cover (minimum a year).

Your new role

As an askHR Specialist your key responsibilities will include:

  • Deliver end-to-end HR Operations for assigned countries
  • Support countries based on team setup and evolving business needs
  • Ensure HR services meet agreed timelines and quality standards
  • Achieve defined KPIs and service commitments
  • Contribute to continuous improvement and regional initiatives
  • Apply strong business understanding in daily HR operations
  • Support execution of the Global People Operations Services strategy through operational delivery

Your new department
askHR is a centralised HR service function and the single point of contact for employees and managers for defined people-related inquiries and transactions. Our team delivers standardised HR services through a case management setup within the Regional Service Centre (RSC). We support processes governed globally by Global People & Organisation Services (GPOS). Working in askHR means being part of a collaborative fast-paced and dynamic environment where your contributions directly impact the employee experience across Novo Nordisk.

Your skills & qualifications
We are looking for a candidate with the following qualifications:

  • 12 years of experience in HR Operations HR Shared Services or similar roles supporting endtoend employee lifecycle processes
  • Customerfocused experience in an HR or service environment with high integrity and confidentiality handling
  • Basic knowledge of labour law and HR policies
  • Experience with HR systems and databases (e.g. SAP HR Employee Central ServiceNow) and strong computer skills (Excel MS Outlook)
  • Proficiency in English and Spanish (additional languages a plus) with excellent written and verbal communication skills

About Company

You will be part of the Gulf Cluster sales team based in Qatar. You will report to the Country Sales Manager. The local team consists of approx 10 employees, and has highly-engaged and experienced members that are looking for a new teammember.
