About the role
We are seeking a Junior IT Support Specialist to provide technical support and ensure a seamless secure and productive experience for our end-users. This role requires a good understanding of endpoint management network troubleshooting and involves IT project collaboration. You will play a key part in maintaining high standards for IT services managing cloud and security systems and supporting our teams across platforms.

Core duties and responsibilities include (but are not limited to) the following:
Endpoint Management: Manage endpoint devices using Mobile Device Management (MDM) tools such as Microsoft Intune andJamfPro ensuring that endpoints AVequipmentand cloud-based systems supportoptimalproductivity for end-users.
Directory and Cloud Services Administration: Support and troubleshoot within Microsoft Intune Entra ID and SharePoint environments.
Network and VPN Support: Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to network interruptions VPN connections and other connectivity concerns.
Ticketing and Documentation: Track and manage support tickets using Jira Service Management and create clear accessible technical documentation and specifications in Confluence.
Other duties as assigned.
What makes you excel in this position:
The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge skill and/or ability required:
- Bachelors degree in computer science Information Technology or related field. Equivalent experiences will also be considered.
- Experience in IT support or service delivery roles with expertise across multi-platform environments ideally including both PC and Mac systems.
- Proficiency in networking fundamentals including TCP/IP VPNs and routing.
- Hands-on experience with Atlassian products (Jira Confluence) ideally including Jira Service Management.
- Strong understanding of M365 administration Entra ID and Intune.
- Knowledge of IT security systems and protocols particularly Microsoft Defender and monitoring tools.
- Basic knowledge of Endpoint Application Support (incl. M365) and Autopilot.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English. German language skills are an advantage.
- Strong collaborator who contributes actively to a supportive solution-oriented team environment.
- Customer service & problem solving skills.
Salary Range
United States:
The above annual base salary range represents a general guideline for the low and high end of the pay range for this position. However the actual salary offered will be determined on various factors including but not limited to location job-related skills experience relevant education training as well as market and business considerations.
