A well-established services organisation is looking for an experienced Shared Services Controller to oversee Accounts Receivable Accounts Payable and Treasury within a centralised finance environment. This is a hands-on leadership role requiring strong financial control cash flow management people leadership and a continuous improvement mindset.
- Honours Degree in Accounting or similar (Non-negotiable)
- 5 years experience in a shared services / financial control environment
- Proven experience managing debtors creditors and treasury
- Strong people management experience
- Solid background in financial controls and reconciliations
- Experience with Sage 300/Accpac advantageous
- Lead and manage AR AP and Treasury functions
- Ensure strong financial controls and compliance
- Drive effective cashflow and forecasting
- Manage and develop the shared services finance team
- Maintain accurate GL and balance sheet reconciliations
