Make An Impact:We are seeking a strategic Brand & Marketing Finance Manager to serve as the primary financial architect for our global brand and marketing this role you will move beyond traditional accounting to become a true business partner translating marketing strategies into financial models and providing the data-driven why behind our investment decisions. Your mission is to bridge the gap between creative vision and financial rigor ensuring that our marketing spend is optimized to drive long-term brand equity and immediate commercial role is a hybrid position requiring you to be onsite Monday through Thursday with the option to work remotely on Fridays. You will report directly to the Senior Director of you will do in this role:Strategic Partnership: Act as the dedicated financial advisor to the Chief Marketing Officer and Brand Leads. Attend creative planning sessions to provide real-time financial perspective on campaign feasibility and Planning & Analysis (FP&A): Lead the annual budgeting and quarterly forecasting processes for all marketing channels (Digital Social Retail and Wholesale Co-op).Investment Optimization: Develop frameworks to evaluate the effectiveness of marketing spend.
