This leader is responsible for building scalable recruiting programs mentoring and developing a highperforming recruiting team and partnering closely with hiring leaders and senior executives to deliver toptier talent across both hourly and salaried role blends strategic leadership with handson execution and brings a strong focus on process optimization datadriven decision making and the responsible use of AI and technology to improve recruiter efficiency candidate experience and hiring Senior Manager champions simplicity consistency and innovationensuring that recruiting processes are compliant repeatable and designed to scale with the business. This is a hybrid position 4 days on-site at our Marietta Duties:Provide leadership coaching and mentorship to a team of recruiters fostering a culture of accountability collaboration and continuous improvement Develop and execute enterprise talent acquisition strategies aligned with company goals workforce plans and growth initiatives Lead workforce planning discussions to proactively anticipate hiring demand and optimize recruiting capacity and support models Drive process improvement initiatives leveraging technology automation reporting and AIenabled tools to streamline recruiting workflows and improve outcomes Oversee fullcycle recruiting efforts for corporate salaried and hourly roles ensuring quality speed and consistency Partner closely with hiring leaders to define search requirements hiring priorities role scope compensation and candidate profiles Establish and manage strategic partnerships with thirdparty vendors including contingent labor staffing agencies retained search firms and technology providers Advance employment branding initiatives through job boards social media recruitment marketing campaigns and community or university partnerships Establish and track recruiting KPIs (e.g. time to fill quality of hire candidate experience metrics) and deliver weekly/monthly insights with actionable recommendations Ensure compliance with all employment laws and regulations while championing diversity equity and inclusion throughout the hiring process Collaborate closely with HR Business Partners Compensation and other HR Centers of Excellence to align recruiting programs with broader talent strategiesWhat were looking for: Proven talent acquisition leader with experience managing recruiters and scaling recruiting operations Strong process orientation with demonstrated success improving recruiting efficiency through technology reporting and AIenabled solutions Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence leaders at all levels Datadriven mindset with experience developing metrics dashboards and insights to guide decisions Handson recruiting expertise across hourly and salaried roles in a corporate or enterprise environmentEducation & Experience:Education:Bachelors degree required; Masters degree preferredExperience:7 years of progressive experience in talent acquisition or related HR functions5 years of experience with a Masters degreeCertifications:PHR SPHR SHRMCP or SHRMSCP a plusKnowledge Skills & Abilities:Broad knowledge of employment laws compliance requirements and recruiting best practicesProficiency with ATS and HR technology platforms - Dayforce a plusStrong consultative communication and relationshipbuilding skillsExperience leading process improvement system implementations and vendor partnershipsAbility to operate autonomously while driving enterpriselevel initiativesWhy BlueLinxCompetitive Salary Short Term Incentive and Long-Term Incentive Plans Comprehensive Benefits:Medical Dental Vision Prescription401(k) with company matchTuition reimbursementLife InsuranceGenerous Paid Time Off (PTO) and 8 Company HolidaysOpportunity to lead innovate and build bestinclass recruiting capabilities in a growing national organizationOur Values: With every decision and action we put people first keep the future in mind and work as a team toward shared progress: Customer Centric Respect Collaboration Integrity GritAbout BlueLinx: BlueLinx (NYSE: BXC) is a leading wholesale distributor of building and industrial products in the United States.
