1. 營收與應收帳款管理
統籌應收帳款AR帳務處理監督帳齡狀況並協助追蹤催收進度
負責各通路收入與結帳核對作業確保銷項帳務與稅務申報之合規性
2. 資金管理與分析
負責營運資金預估及相關 KPI 之編製與分析
管理日常資金調度作業現金報表製作及銀行往來事務
3. 溝通與帳務協調
- 擔任總部財務溝通窗口負責跨國對帳與英文財務報告之撰寫
- 協調關係人交易之對帳與分錄處理確保符合集團財務政策
4. 總帳與結帳流程
- 執行月結季結及年結相關帳務程序確保財務報告之準確性與時效性
- 負責科目對帳餘額確認及相關內部控制之執行
5. 其他行政與指派任務
- 負責出納作業相關憑證審核及文件檔案維護
- 支援財務流程優化專案及完成主管指派之其他專案任務
