At FCM Travel Solutions we simplify business travel through smart systems strong relationships and a relentless focus on customer excellence. Were now looking for an experienced Team Manager who can lead develop and inspire a team while driving strong commercial and service outcomes.
This role is ideal for an established Business Travel professional who thrives on leadership enjoys developing people and has the commercial mindset to grow a successful operation.
What youll be doing
As a Team Manager youll be responsible for running a profitable highperforming business in line with FCM philosophies and standard systems. Youll lead from the frontbalancing operational excellence team development and financial performancewhile creating an engaged motivated and futureready team.
In this role you will be:
- Leading and motivating a team to deliver outstanding customer service and client retention
- Driving customer excellence reducing service failures and consistently meeting or exceeding SLAs
- Managing turnover margin productivity and profitability using data and insights
- Developing your team through coaching onetoones performance reviews and structured development plans
- Building a strong team culture through regular communication engagement and leadership presence
- Turning business strategy into action through planning analysis and continuous improvement
- Identifying growth opportunities within existing accounts and supporting business development activity
- Championing FCM philosophies One Best Way (OBW) and bestpractice systems across the team
- Using financial and operational analysis tools (including Power BI) to improve business performance
What youll need
To be successful in this role youll bring a balanced mix of leadership capability business travel expertise and commercial acumen.
Youll have:
- A strong leadbyexample leadership style with the ability to inspire and influence others
- Excellent communication skills with a collaborative open and empowering approach
- Proven ability to develop coach and motivate a team to achieve individual and shared goals
- A forwardthinking mindset with the initiative to identify improvements and drive change
- Strong organisational and multitasking skills to manage a busy fastpaced environment
- Solid financial and commercial awareness with experience analysing performance and improving profitability
- A minimum of 3 years Business Travel experience (essential)
- A positive adaptable and growthfocused mindset aligned to FCM values
