Nursery Room Leader - Up to 32200 - Full Time 40 Hours per week

The setting is bright and spacious with dedicated rooms for each age group and an all-weather outdoor space used throughout the year. You will lead within the baby room working closely with a consistent team and strong leadership structure to deliver high-quality early years care and education.

• You must hold a full and relevant Level 3 Early Years qualification
• You must have recent nursery experience ideally within a baby room or similar age group
• This role is not suitable for unqualified candidates or those without UK nursery experience

What Youll Need

• Level 3 Early Years qualification (full and relevant)
• Experience working in a nursery setting ideally with babies
• Strong understanding of EYFS framework and safeguarding requirements
• Ability to lead a room and maintain standards confidently

What Youll Do

• Lead daily care and routines within the baby room
• Plan and deliver age-appropriate activities in line with EYFS
• Complete observations and maintain accurate development records
• Maintain safeguarding health safety and hygiene standards
• Support and guide nursery practitioners within the room
• Communicate effectively with parents during drop-off and collection
