Property / Real Estate Account Handler / Team Leader Location: Hybrid 4 days in the office Fridays working from home Premiums: 300k 500k
We are currently seeking experienced insurance professionals to join a growing Property / Real Estate division within a well-established brokerage. This is an excellent opportunity to become part of a team that is being actively rebuilt and expanded following recent departures.
We welcome applications from individuals with Property / Real Estate experience but we are also open to strong Commercial Account Handlers or Team Leaders who are interested in transitioning into the Real Estate sector.

Role Overview
Successful candidates will be responsible for managing and servicing a portfolio of Property / Real Estate clients handling premiums typically ranging between 300k - 500k. Depending on experience and seniority the role may also include mentoring junior staff supporting team development and contributing to the ongoing growth of the division.
What Were Looking For
Experience within Commercial or Property / Real Estate insurance
Strong client servicing and relationship management skills
Experience managing complex or mid-to-large premium accounts
Leadership or mentoring experience is highly desirable for senior candidates
A proactive approach and interest in helping grow a developing team
Package
Competitive salary depending on experience
Packages available up to 90000 for very senior candidates or Real Estate Account Handlers with proven mentoring or leadership experience
