Whats exciting about the role

This is atrue hunter sales rolefocused on drivingnew enterpriselevel customer acquisitionfor Verifones gateway solutions with a strong emphasis oncardpresent paymentsand instore commerce environments.

You will own the full sales lifecyclefrom identifying and prospecting large enterprise merchants and partners through solution positioning negotiation and close. The role sits at the intersection ofpayment gateways merchant acquiring hardware and instore commerce making it highly visible and strategically critical to Verifones growth.

The scope and level of this role are flexible; Verifone is open to hiring at theDirector or Vice President level depending on experience network and demonstrated impact in enterprise payments sales.

Key aspects of the role include:

• Hunting and closingnetnew enterprise logos
• Sellinggateway and merchant acquiring solutions particularly incardpresent environments
• Engaging senior executive commercial and technical stakeholders
• Partnering crossfunctionally with Product Engineering and Solutions teams
• Representing Verifone at customer meetings industry events and trade shows

Skills and experience we desire

• Proven success inhunterstyle enterprise sales with a track record of closing complex highvalue deals
• Deep experience withpayment gateways and merchant acquiring ideally within cardpresent or omnichannel environments
• Strong understanding of the payments ecosystem including acquirers processors networks and instore payment flows
• Experience selling tolarge enterprise merchants retailers or platforms
• Ability to lead complex sales cycles involving multiple stakeholders and decisionmakers
• Executivelevel communication negotiation and relationshipbuilding skills
• Comfort working in a fastpaced resultsdriven environment with significant autonomy
• Willingness to travel regularly to customer sites and industry events
