Job Summary

The Executive Recruiter is a working manager responsible for leading executive and highly specialized recruiting efforts across AIR Communities. This role partners closely with senior leaders and corporate business groups to deliver high quality talent for key roles while also providing leadership and oversight to corporate recruiters and key talent programs.
This position balances hands on recruiting execution with people leadership and program ownership serving as a trusted advisor to business leaders and a key contributor to AIRs long term talent strategy.

Where You Will Work

Our corporate office is located in the Denver Tech Center. Our office spans the top two floors of the building and features expansive views of the mountains and the downtown skyline. 

AIR values relationships and the benefits from working side by side with teammates therefore this position will be in-office 5 days a week to support central administrative operations.

Executive & Specialized Recruiting

  • Own fullcycle recruiting for AIRs offsite business groups ensuring a consistent hightouch candidate and hiring leader experience.
  • Manage an active workload of approximately 5-10 requisitions at any given time filling 5075 positions annually.
  • Develop and maintain robust pipelines of executive talent through proactive sourcing networking and relationship management.
  • Serve as a consultative partner to senior leaders on role scoping market insights candidate assessment and hiring strategies.

Leadership & Team Oversight

  • Lead coach and develop one or more Corporate Recruiters providing guidance on recruiting strategy prioritization and execution.
  • Ensure recruiting processes are followed consistently and aligned with AIR standards quality expectations and compliance requirements.
  • Act as a subject matter expert for executive recruiting best practices and internal mobility.

Business Partnership

  • Serve as the primary relationship owner for assigned corporate business groups building strong trusted partnerships with executives and HR leaders.
  • Provide regular updates on pipeline health hiring risks and market trends impacting executive talent acquisition.

Program Ownership

  • Support the placement of teammates participating in Rotational Development Programs partnering with leaders to align development opportunities with business needs.

Qualifications :

What You Have

  • 7 years of progressive recruiting experience including significant experience recruiting Directorlevel and above roles or highly specialized positions.
  • Demonstrated experience leading or mentoring recruiters in a fastpaced highexpectation environment.
  • Strong executive presence with the ability to influence advise and challenge senior leaders when needed.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple highpriority searches simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail and candidate experience.
  • Experience partnering with HR Compensation and senior leadership on complex hiring decisions.

Additional Information :

  • Expected pay rate of $110000 - $130000 annual target bonus. You will be provided a pay rate that is in line with your skills and specific experience as they relate to the requirements of the job.
