The Opportunity

We are seeking a Media Editor where your creative skills will directly impact the real estate market. Were seeking a detail-oriented editor to handle our growing volume of property media delivering high-quality visuals that help properties stand out in the market.

The purpose of the Media Editor is to serve as our Quality Engine. You are responsible for transforming raw assets into market-ready deliverables by leveraging advanced editing techniques and AI tools. Your mission is to ensure speed accuracy and aesthetic consistency allowing the local team to focus on client acquisition and shooting while you guarantee the product meets our high standards of service excellence.

What Youll Own

• Visual Transformation: Transform property photos using Photoshop Lightroom Auto HDR Dropbox and modern AI tools.

• Floor Plans & Layouts: Process and optimize 2D/3D floor plans for accuracy and structural clarity.

• Property Sites: Create and deliver custom marketing websites for individual property listings.

• Turnaround Management: Manage media delivery pipelines ensuring a strict next-day turnaround for clients handling up to 25 properties daily with precision.

• Quality Assurance: Perform a separate meticulous self-QC on all deliverables against our style guide before submission. Quality check AI-assisted edits and Media Pros work documenting recurring issues to improve the system.

• Media Tagging: Curate and tag high-performing media assets for broader marketing applications when criteria are met.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Technical Editing Toolkit: 23 years of professional experience editing real estate or architectural media with expert proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Lightroom.

• Real Estate Assets: Proven experience processing HDR bracketed photography 2D/3D floor plans and building basic property showcase landing pages.

• AI Tool Literacy: Comfort working alongside AI-enhancement capabilities and quality-checking automated editing workflows.

• Volume & Speed: Demonstrated ability to manage high-volume daily output (up to 25 properties) while maintaining meticulous attention to detail under tight 24-hour turnaround windows.

• Systematic Organization: Highly organized approach to file management (via Dropbox) and pipeline communication. Exceptional written English skills for documenting quality issues and collaborating with the team.

• Output Speed: Consistently deliver fully edited property media within our strict 24-hour timeline.

• Quality Standard: Maintain a 98% quality approval rate on your first asset submission.

• Accuracy: Process both photos and floor plans efficiently accurately and with 100% file organization precision.
