IT Technician Good Secondary School Newcastle upon Tyne

Contract: Full-time Permanent
Salary: Paid to scale
We are seeking a technically skilled IT Technician to join a Good secondary school in Newcastle upon Tyne. This is an excellent opportunity to support the use of technology across teaching and learning.
The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining IT systems troubleshooting issues and providing technical support to staff and students. You will also contribute to the development of digital learning across the school.
This role requires strong technical knowledge problem-solving ability and good communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:
Provide technical support to staff and students
Maintain hardware and software systems
Support classroom technology
Manage user accounts and permissions
Assist with IT upgrades and projects
Ensure system security

Ability to work independently and in a team
