Key Responsibilities
- IT Support Act as the first point of contact for technical queries across offices
- Hardware & Software Setup Configure laptops devices and user environments
- Account Management Assist with user accounts permissions and Active Directory tasks
- Cloud Services Support Microsoft 365 Azure and other cloud platforms
- Infrastructure Support Learn to support VPNs WiFi firewalls and endpoint security
- Vendor Coordination Work with external partners to resolve technical issues
- Documentation Maintain accurate IT procedures and knowledge articles
Skills & Experience
- A degree in IT Computing or a related field
- Strong interest in desktop server and network technologies
- Familiarity with Windows and/or macOS
- Understanding of Microsoft 365 and cloud concepts
- Awareness of device management tools (Intune Jamf) is a bonus
- Basic understanding of networking (VPNs firewalls switches)
- A proactive attitude willingness to learn and strong problemsolving skills
