Project Manager Event Lead (Poland), International Immersive Tour
Job Summary
PROJEKTIL is an internationally renowned artist collective based in Zurich and one of the worlds leading producers of immersive light shows in historic buildings. With our EONARIUM world tour we bring extraordinary art and light installations to audiences across Europe the USA Latin America and Asia.
For the Polish market we are looking for a temporary Project Manager / Event Lead (freelance or fixed-term) to join us as soon as possible or by agreement.
In this versatile role you will be responsible for building and executing our events locally. You will identify and secure suitable venues manage relationships with local partners and act as the key interface between PROJEKTIL venues and the event team to ensure smooth and high-quality event delivery.
A strong local presence and deep roots in the Polish market are essential for this role. You are based in Poland and eager to actively develop opportunities in major Polish cities. You enjoy being on the ground building a strong local network and bringing projects to life in different locations.
Tasks
Venue Scouting & Acquisition:Identify approach and secure suitable event venues across Poland (e.g. churches historic buildings unique locations).
Venue & Partner Management:Build and maintain strong relationships with venue partners and act as the main point of contact between venues and PROJEKTIL.
On-site Event Execution:Oversee and host events on-site ensuring smooth operations and an outstanding visitor experience.
Team Recruitment & Management:Hire schedule and manage local event staff.
Project Coordination:Work closely with internal teams (creative production technical) and external partners.
Budget & Controlling:Monitor budgets timelines and project goals to ensure efficient execution.
Requirements
- min. 35 years of experience in events or a similar operational role
- Experience in venue acquisition event production or live entertainment is a strong plus
- Strong organizational skills with a high level of ownership and independence
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Hands-on mindset with a willingness to take responsibility on-site
- Fluent in Polish and English (both required); German is a plus
- Willingness to travel frequently within Poland and work flexible hours
