Job Summary
Are you Dutch Speaking and hold an MVK or similar
Do you want to manage the HSE operations of 2 recycling facilities sites early in your career
We are a specialist recruitment company that is representing one of best clients that is looking to hire a permanent member of their team in a HSE function.
Youll play a key role in embedding SHEQ best practices across sites ensuring compliance with ISO standards and driving continuous improvement initiatives.
From daily site walks to incident investigations youll be responsible for ensuring risks are identified managed and reduced while promoting a proactive safety culture.
Tasks
- Be a visible SHEQ presence across sites working directly with managers and teams
- Carry out regular site walks to identify risks and improve safety standards
- Lead and support incident reporting investigations and corrective actions
- Analyse trends in incidents and proactively implement improvements
- Support audits (internal and ISO) and ensure compliance with SHEQ standards
Requirements
- Fluency in Dutch Speaking
- Holding or working towards a safety qualification - MVK Nebosh or similar
