Role Overview**

This role owns the entire creator ecosystem at Manetain including the Mane Ambassador Program (MAP) paid influencer collaborations PR gifting advideo production and social media creator content. Youll work closely with the founders performance marketing social media marketing design and operations teams to ensure seamless execution across all monthly creator touchpoints.

This is a highownership relationshipheavy operationally intense role for someone who loves creators content and community building.

Tasks

Key Responsibilities:

1. Mane Ambassador Program (MAP)

• Identify evaluate and onboard new ambassadors aligned with Manetains brand and philosophy
• Manage all MAP communication queries and deliverables
• Track monthly content output and ensure quality standards
• Coordinate welcome kits newlaunch shipments and product refills
• Maintain monthly commission sheets and payout details
• Support communitydriven product feedback initiatives

2. Influencer Relations & PR

• Build and maintain strong relationships with creators across all tiers
• Track creator activity to determine ongoing PR seeding eligibility
• Plan and execute PR drops for new launches
• Coordinate addresses availability and shipping with operations
• Lead festive and multibrand giveaways (brand outreach coordination winner management)
• Ensure creators share launchday content to support product visibility

3. Paid Collaborations

• Identify creators for paid reels social content and adfocussed videos
• Negotiate commercials rights deliverables and timelines
• Ensure smooth endtoend collaboration and a positive creator experience
• Maintain tracking sheets for payments deliverables and approvals
• Seek leadership approval for highvalue creator partnerships

4. Ad Video Production

• Shortlist creators suitable for longform ad content
• Align on concepts with founders/performance marketing
• Finalise creators after discussing feasibility and deliverables
• Coordinate product shipments creator manuals outfit approvals and shoot timelines
• Supervise shoots remotely (frames lighting angles sample clips)
• Ensure timely upload of raw clips for editing
• Coordinate with editors for reshoots missing clips and final approvals
• Ensure creators post content required for partnership code activation
• Track adrights expiry monthly spends and longterm contracts

5. Social Media Creator Content

• Identify creators for social content
• Mix paid creators and ambassadors depending on concept requirements
• Brief creators share scripts/manuals approve outfits and supervise shoots
• Coordinate shipments timelines and raw clip uploads
• Work with editors for final video approvals
• Maintain the social media content calendar and collaboration sheets
• Share reel covers and creative requirements with the design team

6. Operations Tracking & Coordination

• Maintain all tracking sheets: payments PR shipments ad rights MAP commissions
• Coordinate with operations for all shipments AWB numbers and timelines
• Manage the collaborations inbox and evaluate incoming creator requests
• Conduct monthly creatorselection calls with founders for ads
• Track creator engagement rates and demographics for shortlisting
• Ensure all work is preplanned before taking leave

Requirements

What Makes You a Great Fit

• 25 years of experience in influencer marketing creator management or social media
• Strong understanding of content creators and storytelling
• Excellent communication negotiation and relationshipbuilding skills
• Highly organised detailoriented and able to manage multiple moving parts
• Comfortable with spreadsheets tracking sheets and operational workflows
• A peopleperson who can be sweet firm and persuasive when needed
• Ability to maintain brand reputation and creator goodwill at all times
