- Own L3 incidents problems and escalations
- Act as onsite technical SPOC for IAM & SSO
- Perform deep troubleshooting and RCA
- Support JML access requests and approvals
- Manage SailPoint connectors rules workflows
- Execute aggregation identity refresh reconciliation
- Manage certifications remediation and audits
- Support PingFederate SSO (SAML OAuth OIDC)
- Troubleshoot SSO integration issues with applications
- Coordinate resolutions with offshore L1/L2 teams
- Lead incident calls and war rooms
Required Skills
- 5 years in SailPoint IdentityIQ support
- Strong hands-on with IIQ rules workflows certifications
- PingFederate administration & SSO troubleshooting
- SAML OAuth 2.0 OpenID Connect
- Java/BeanShell SQL
- ITIL Incident / Problem / Change
- Strong customer communication
