Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

  • Own L3 incidents problems and escalations
  • Act as onsite technical SPOC for IAM & SSO
  • Perform deep troubleshooting and RCA
  • Support JML access requests and approvals
  • Manage SailPoint connectors rules workflows
  • Execute aggregation identity refresh reconciliation
  • Manage certifications remediation and audits
  • Support PingFederate SSO (SAML OAuth OIDC)
  • Troubleshoot SSO integration issues with applications
  • Coordinate resolutions with offshore L1/L2 teams
  • Lead incident calls and war rooms

Required Skills

  • 5 years in SailPoint IdentityIQ support
  • Strong hands-on with IIQ rules workflows certifications
  • PingFederate administration & SSO troubleshooting
  • SAML OAuth 2.0 OpenID Connect
  • Java/BeanShell SQL
  • ITIL Incident / Problem / Change
  • Strong customer communication

Onsite Expectations

  • Handle escalations and critical incidents
  • Work with Security IAM Application

Support on-call / major incidents
