Responsibilities:
- Be the Partner Operations business partner to ACE team
- Ability to analyze Partner Registration in order to make approve or reject decision
- Managing PRM & CRM tool - general Account information
- Managing Partner registrations and Opportunity Creation CRM tool
- Communicate appropriate policy and best practices to ensure understanding of internal policies and guidelines
- Completes Partner Registrations review by analyzing and auditing documents researching and resolving processing problems
- Prepares work to be processed by gathering sorting organizing and recording data information and documents
- Be a subject matter expert to identify data and process gaps and work with extended teams (IT Change Management Enablement etc) to drive evolution with near-term and long-term solutions
- Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams to drive/influence business and operational objectives
- Other ad hoc responsibilities as required in support of the organization needs
- Provides information by collecting analyzing and summarizing information; responding to requests Resolves inquiries by investigating issues and composing responses
- Maintains quality service by monitoring standards advising supervisor of potential problems
Requirements:
- 1-2 years in a Partner Operations or Sales Operations role or related experience in a software sales organization
- Hands on experience on MS Excel/Office. Ability to learn systems quickly with little or no guidance
- Experience in working with CRM / PRM / Analytics applications and tools
- Organized with exceptional attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) with ability to navigate through all levels of management
- Results driven mentality
- Team player with positive attitude
- Experience and understanding of channel partnerships and partner programs is a plus
- Experience at a SaaS company is a plus
