Job Summary

Job: Business Analyst

Location: San Francisco CA (Remote)

12 months Contract

Required skills:

Strong experience analyzing year over year HEDIS measure changes by separating spec value set code and data availability impacts-not just rate differences.
Deep understanding of HEDIS related data (medical pharmacy provider medical records) and ability to research gaps propose data additions assess impact and estimate effort.
Proven ability to explain measure changes and root causes to business and leadership including quantifying drivers and recommending actionable improvements.
Hands on contributor involved in creating or influencing specs and data logic capable of ad hoc vendor file research documentation and proposing enhancements (not just running canned reports).
Strong Hands-on SQL writing experience
