We are seeking a seasoned Director HR Business Partner to act as a strategic advisor to senior leadership within a premier healthcare system in Houston. This is a high-impact hands-on role focusing on change management organizational effectiveness and culture transformation. You will lead HR strategy for multiple facilities ensuring alignment with business objectives and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities-
Strategic Partnership: Act as a trusted collaborator for senior leaders in areas of talent planning engagement and leadership development.

People Leadership: Manage and coach a team of HR staff members; oversee performance appraisals and disciplinary actions.

Operational Excellence: Participate in monthly operational reviews to align human capital with business outcomes.

Change Management: Design and implement interventions for culture transformation and organizational change.

Fiscal Oversight: Maintain accountability for HR facility and entity budgets.

Conflict Resolution: Diagnose root causes of work environment issues and build collaborative solutions.

Education: Bachelor s degree in HR Business Management or related field (Master s preferred).

Experience: * 10 years in HR Business Partnership or Client Management.

5 years of direct People Management experience.

Skills: Expert-level influence negotiation and strategic thinking.

Technical Knowledge: Strong grasp of employee relations compensation and performance management.

Certification: PHR or SPHR preferred.
