What Youll Do

Design develop test and implement RPA robots interacting with multiple third-party systems
Drive continuous improvement of development best practices
Ensure high-quality reliable deliverables
Build stream-based applications and services
Monitor test and evaluate automation solutions
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver impactful results
Gather and analyze business requirements
Create and maintain functional documentation

Technical Skills

Proven experience (2 years) with leading RPA platforms:
Blue Prism (highly preferred)
Automation Anywhere
UiPath
Exposure to AI-related technologies:
NLP NLG OCR Machine Learning
Previous experience as an RPA Analyst (strong plus)
Background in software development
Solid understanding of Agile methodologies

Soft Skills

Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities
Excellent communication skills (written & verbal)
Client-oriented mindset with strong organizational skills
Ability to report clearly to stakeholders and management
Proactive and adaptable in fast-paced environments
Comfortable working in multicultural and distributed teams
